In light of this week's canonization of Oprah Winfrey - a re-post of a topical earlier blog. You can think of it as a re-run or perhaps rather as a classic encore presentation.
While certainly no bible scholar, may I be so bold as to remind Ms. Winfrey and her loyal legion of lionizers of this little chestnut from the greatest story ever told - "thou shalt not worship false idols."
And from another impressive scribe, Oscar Wilde - "To love oneself is the beginning of a life-long romance."
Please just click on the title to access, "Oprah Winfrey: Fly Like An Ego." And I humbly thank you. Oh, and Oprah, this is what humble means -
hum·ble (hmbl)adj. hum·bler, hum·blest
1. Marked by meekness or modesty in behavior, attitude, or spirit; not arrogant or prideful.
